**Exchanges:**

**Order Cancellations:**
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that time, we are unable to offer cancellations due to the custom nature of our products.

2. **Incorrect Items:**
If you receive the wrong item, we will issue a refund or send the correct item at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the incorrect item.
**Non-Refundable Situations:**
