Processing Time
All orders are made to order. Please allow 1–5 business days for production before your order is shipped. For custom or bulk orders, processing time may be longer. If any delays occur, we’ll notify you promptly.
Shipping Option
We offer Standard Shipping for all orders:
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 3–7 business days after dispatch
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays.
Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, we only ship to addresses within Australia.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at reals3dprinting@gmail.com with your order number. While we are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages caused by the carrier, we’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

At REALS 3D Printing, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the custom nature of 3D printing, each item is made to order. Please review our refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Custom Orders & Made-to-Order Items
Many of our products are custom 3D printed based on your specifications. As such, we do not offer refunds for the following reasons:
Buyer’s remorse
Incorrect designs or specifications submitted by the customer
Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality
Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund, depending on the issue.
To process your claim:

Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
Include a brief description of the issue
We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping Issues
REALS 3D Printing is not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages caused by the carrier. However, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim or locating your package when possible.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After that time, production may have started, and cancellations will no longer be accepted.
Returns
Because our items are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
