- All items are made to order. Please allow 4–6 business days for production before shipping.
- During peak seasons or custom requests, processing may take a bit longer—we’ll keep you updated!
🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates
- We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and selected shipping speed.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and order size.
🌍 Domestic & International Shipping
- We currently ship within the United States.
- International shipping is available on select items—please contact us for a quote and availability.
📬 Tracking & Delivery
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
- Delivery times vary by carrier, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

🔁 Refund Policy – Third Dimension Works
We want you to love your purchase! Each item is crafted with care, and we stand behind the quality of our 3D printed creations. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
💸 Refunds & Returns
- Eligibility: Refunds are available for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
- Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom prints, we do not offer refunds or returns on custom items unless they arrive damaged.
- Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or accidental orders.
📦 How to Request a Refund
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number, photos of the item, and a brief explanation.
- Once approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or offer a replacement—your choice.
