Processing Time
All items are made to order.
⏳ Current production time: 1–3 business days.
Larger or custom prints may require extra time. If any delays occur, you will be notified immediately.
Shipping Methods
We ship orders using USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on price and delivery speed.
Typical delivery times:
• USPS First Class: 3–5 business days
• USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days
• UPS/FedEx Ground: 3–7 business days
Tracking information is provided with every shipment.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
Packaging
All prints are packaged securely with padding to prevent damage during transit.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (see “Damaged Items”).
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once the carrier accepts the package, delivery times are out of our control.
If your package appears lost or severely delayed:
• Please contact the carrier first with your tracking number.
• If additional help is needed, reach out to us and we will assist however we can.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged:
1. Take photos of the packaging and damaged item
2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
We will issue a replacement or solution based on the situation.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Cancellations or address changes must be requested before the item enters production.
Once printing has begun, cancellations may not be possible.

Thank you for supporting my small 3D-printing shop! Because every item is made to order, the return and refund process works a little differently than traditional retail. Please review the policies below.

📌 All Sales Are Final (Made-to-Order Items)
Most items in this shop are made to order, meaning they are printed specifically for you.
For this reason:
➡️ I do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Color preference changes
• Incorrect size selection
• Buyer’s remorse
• Minor surface imperfections common with FDM 3D printing
Small cosmetic lines, layer marks, or slight variations in color are normal characteristics of 3D-printed items and not considered defects.

📦 Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a major defect:
1. Contact me within 48 hours of delivery
2. Include photos of the packaging and the item
3. Provide a brief explanation of the issue
After reviewing the photos, I will offer one of the following:
✔ A free replacement
✔ A partial refund
✔ A full refund (depending on the severity of the issue)

💰 Refunds (If Approved)
If your refund is approved:
• Refunds are issued back to your original payment method
• Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to process
• You will receive an email confirmation once completed

Refunds cannot be issued for:
❌ Items damaged due to improper use or handling
❌ Minor cosmetic blemishes typical of 3D printing
❌ Custom or personalized orders (unless damaged or defective)
❌ Lost packages due to incorrect shipping address provided by the buyer
