Domestic Shipping (United States):
- Standard Shipping: $15.00 (5-10 business days)
- Free shipping on orders over $100
International Shipping:
We ship worldwide! Please note that international shipments may take 2-4 weeks depending on your location and customs clearance. International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes.
Processing Information:
- Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays)
- Cut-off time for same-day processing: 2:00 PM EST
- Weekend and holiday orders ship on the next business day

30-Day Return Window:
- All returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase
- Items must be unused and in original, resalable condition

Product Defects:
If your item arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing or shipping error, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Please contact us with photos of the damage within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Shipping:
- For defects or damage: We will provide a pre-paid return label
- For other returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
Refund Process:
- After inspection and approval, refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days depending on your bank
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom printed items (special colors, designs, or orders)
- Items that have been used, painted, or modified in any way
- Items shipped as non-standard orders or with express shipping
