Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays).

Orders placed after 3:00 PM local time will be processed on the next business day.

During peak periods (such as holidays or major promotions), processing times may be extended by a few additional business days.


Shipping methods and delivery estimates

We currently ship orders within the United States using major carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Standard shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after your order has been processed.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed; weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen events may impact delivery times.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected, order weight, and destination.

From time to time, we may offer free standard shipping promotions (for example, orders over a certain dollar amount), which will be clearly indicated at checkout or in promotional materials.

Any expedited or express shipping options will be shown with their corresponding rates before you complete your purchase.

Shipping locations and restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including the 48 contiguous states; shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may have limited services or higher shipping rates.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses for certain carriers or services; if this applies, you will see restrictions noted at checkout.
Certain products may have additional shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory requirements; any such limitations will be indicated on the product page when possible.

Order tracking and confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to track your package online, when available from the carrier.


Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Delays, lost, or damaged shipments
While carriers aim to deliver on time, delays can occur due to weather, high package volume, incorrect address information, or other factors outside our control.

If your order appears delayed, lost, or delivered but not received, contact us with your order number, and we will assist with initiating an investigation with the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the packaging and damaged item so that a replacement or other solution can be arranged, subject to our return and refund policy.

Duties, taxes, and fees (for US customers)

Orders shipped within the United States are typically subject to applicable state and local sales taxes, which are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

No additional customs duties apply for domestic US shipments.

Returns and refused shipments

Returns are handled in accordance with our separate Returns/Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Shipping Policy and available on our website.

If a shipment is refused or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping costs.
