Shipping Policy
All orders require up to 10 business days to process from the date of payment. Confirmations of printing, quality inspection and packaging. Processing times may be extended slightly during peak periods or for custom complex orders, with prior notification provided to the customer.
Shipping and delivery
Once processed, orders are dispatched via trusted courier services. UK mainland deliveries typically arrive with 2 to 5 business days, while international shipment takes up to 30 days depending on destination. A tracking number will be sent to your registered email address once your order has left our facility.

Refund Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. Refunds or replacements will only be considered for orders that are defective or are damaged during shipping.
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue an your order confirmation.
Cancellations and changes
If your need to cancel or modify your order please notify us with 48 hours of payment. Full refunds will be issues in this case. Refunds can take up to 14 business days to be received once they have been processed.
Once order has begun, we can only offer a partial refund ( 50% of the order value) as materials and time will have already been invested. No refunds will be provided for orders that have been completed to the agreed specifications and delivered in good condition.
