Please Note: Each order includes one Critter Topper in your selected design. Pens are included only when the complete pen option is selected. Minor layer lines and slight color variations are normal.
Shipping Policy
All products are made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before dispatch. Shipping transit time is additional. Customers pay shipping at checkout. Larger orders may require additional production time; we will contact you if your order needs longer.

At Ducky Made 3D Prints, we take pride in creating quality 3D-printed products made just for you. We want every customer to be happy with their purchase.
**Made-to-Order Products**
All products are 3D printed to order. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect selections, or personal preferences.
**Damaged or Defective Items**
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other solution at no additional cost when required.
**Order Cancellations**
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not started.
Once printing has begun, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
**3D Printing Characteristics**
Because our products are 3D printed, minor layer lines, small surface variations, and slight color differences are normal and do not necessarily indicate a defect.
**Shipping Issues**
If your package arrives damaged, is missing items, or appears lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.
**Refund Processing**
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
