Backstory

Ragnor Bloodaxe was born into the harsh, unforgiving wilderness of the Northern Wilds. His tribe, the Frostfang Clan, was known for their brutal rites of passage and relentless warriors. From a young age, Ragnor was trained in the ways of combat, surviving on nothing but sheer will and strength. The elders of his tribe saw a burning rage within him, a fury that could either lead him to greatness or consume him entirely.

On the eve of his 15th winter, Ragnor was sent into the wild alone, armed with nothing but two axes and his indomitable spirit. He was tasked with slaying a frost bear, a beast of immense power that had terrorized his people for generations. After three days and nights of relentless pursuit, Ragnor faced the beast in a battle that nearly claimed his life. But with a primal roar and a final, decisive strike, he felled the creature and claimed its pelt as his own. This victory earned him the name Bloodaxe, and he was welcomed back into the tribe as a warrior of unmatched ferocity.

Years later, the Frostfang Clan was destroyed in a brutal raid by rival tribes and marauders. Ragnor barely escaped with his life, but the loss of his people fueled a rage that burned hotter than ever before. Now, a lone warrior, he roams the land as a mercenary, his axes thirsty for the blood of those who stand in his way. Though he lives for the thrill of battle, a part of him seeks to find a new purpose, something to anchor his soul amidst the storm of his wrath.

Ragnor fights with the ferocity of a cornered beast, striking down his enemies with the same axes that claimed his place among the warriors of the Frostfang. His enemies fear the sight of him charging into battle, his blood-red hair flying wild as he carves a path through their ranks. But those who know him understand that beneath the rage and the bloodlust lies a man haunted by the ghosts of his past, forever searching for redemption—or a death worthy of his legacy.
