Shipping Policy

Orders are packed and shipped from our workshop within 3–7 business days. Handmade, custom, 3D printed, or larger orders may require additional processing time. Orders are shipped through USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on size and weight. Tracking will be provided when available. Larger orders may require a custom shipping quote or multiple packages.

Refund Policy

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery. Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue was caused by our mistake.
