All products are 3D printed to order. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect selections, or personal preferences.
**Damaged or Defective Items**
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other solution at no additional cost when required.
**Order Cancellations**
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not started.
Once printing has begun, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
**3D Printing Characteristics**
Because our products are 3D printed, minor layer lines, small surface variations, and slight color differences are normal and do not necessarily indicate a defect.
