Shipping Policy
Production & Handling
Every item in our shop is 3D-printed on-demand at our studio in Juneau, Alaska. Because we craft each piece specifically for you, please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. During high-volume periods or for large terrain sets, we will notify you if additional production time is needed.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
We ship via USPS Priority Mail to ensure reliable delivery from Alaska to the lower 48 states.
Estimated Transit: Orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days once handed to the carrier.
Tracking: You will receive an automated tracking number when your label is created. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status after the initial scan.
Packaging: We use a "suspended" packing method with internal structure (shredded paper, bubble wrap, or foam) to ensure fragile miniatures do not shift or rattle during transit.
International Orders
Customs fees, duties, and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in the destination country.
Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom, on-demand nature of 3D printing, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind," incorrect measurements provided by the buyer, or misreading of product descriptions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your item arrives significantly damaged or we sent the wrong model/color:
Reporting Window: Contact us through our site within 7 days of delivery.
Required Evidence: Please provide clear photos of the original packaging (exterior box) and the damaged item to help us file a carrier claim.
Resolution: We will provide a free replacement or a refund at our discretion for items damaged beyond repair.
Returns for Non-Custom Items
For standard, non-personalized stock only:
Restocking Fee: Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover the costs of original shipping and materials.
Condition: Items must be in original, unused condition and original packaging.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Normal Variations (Not Considered Defects)
Minor surface variations, visible layer lines, or small marks from the removal of printing supports are natural characteristics of the 3D printing process. These are not considered manufacturing defects and do not qualify for a free replacement.
