Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! All of our products are custom 3D printed to order. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Processing & Handling Time:
Because every item is printed on demand, please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. This does not include transit time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery:
We ship all domestic orders through the United States Postal Service (USPS). The following services are available at checkout:

Service Estimated Transit Time Notes:
USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days - Standard/default option
USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days - Faster delivery option
USPS Priority Mail Express: 1–2 business days Includes money-back guarantee

Please note: Transit times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed (except Priority Mail Express). Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier volume.

Total Delivery Estimate
To estimate when your order will arrive, add our processing time to the transit time for your chosen shipping method:

• Ground Advantage: 5–10 business days from order date
• Priority Mail: 4–8 business days from order date
• Priority Mail Express: 4–7 business days from order date

Order Tracking:
All shipments include USPS tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package at usps.com or through the USPS mobile app.
If you have not received a tracking number within 6 business days of placing your order, please contact us and we will look into it right away.

International Shipping:
We do not currently offer international shipping, but we are working on it! If you are located outside the United States and are interested in placing an order, please reach out to us directly and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages:
We take great care in packaging every order securely. However, once a package is in the hands of USPS, we cannot be held responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or damage caused during transit.
If your package arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please:
• Check with neighbors and in any secure locations around your delivery address
• Wait 24 hours — USPS occasionally marks packages as delivered a day early
• Contact your local post office with your tracking number
• Reach out to us and we will file a claim on your behalf and work toward a resolution

Incorrect Shipping Addresses:
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you realize you have made an error, contact us immediately — we may be able to update it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Refund Policy

All of our products are custom 3D printed to order. Because each item is made specifically for you, we have a limited but fair return and refund policy. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

Our Commitment to You
We stand behind the quality of every item we sell. If something arrives broken, defective, or significantly different from what was described, we will make it right — no hassle.

What Is Eligible for a Refund or Replacement
You may request a refund or free replacement if your item:
• Arrives broken or cracked due to printing or shipping
• Has a significant print defect (major layer shifts, missing sections, structural failure)
• Is the wrong item or wrong color/material from what you ordered
• Is significantly different from the product listing description

Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. We reserve the right to ask for photos of the issue before approving a refund or replacement.

What Is Not Eligible for a Refund
Because our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:
• Change of mind or buyer's remorse
• Items that have been used, modified, painted, or altered after delivery
• Minor cosmetic variations inherent to 3D printing (slight layer lines, small surface texture differences) — these are normal and not considered defects
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
• Delays caused by USPS or other shipping carriers
• Orders where the customer selected the wrong size, color, or variant at checkout

How to Request a Refund or Replacement:
To initiate a return or refund request, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us within 14 days of your delivery date
2. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue
3. Attach clear photos showing the defect or damage
4. We will respond within 2 business days with next steps

Refund Options:
Once your request is approved, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
- We reprint and reship your item at no charge. Preferred for defective or damaged goods.
- Store Credit: Credit applied to your account for a future order.
- Full Refund: Issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations:
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, your item may already be in production and we will be unable to cancel or modify the order.
To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Return Shipping:
In most cases, you will not need to return the defective item — we simply ask for photos as documentation. If a return is required for any reason, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Please do not ship anything back without contacting us first, as unrequested returns cannot be processed.
