Model Can be printed in either mono-color or Multi-Color. Multi-Color Prints will generally take longer to produce, upon ordering we will reach out with questions regarding colors desired for the print, if no response is received within 3 business days then color will be chosen by staff.

-Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
-Estimated delivery times for each shipping option can be found at checkout.
-Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather delays, carrier delays, or unexpected events.
Shipping Destinations:
-We currently ship to the United States.
-Other countries may be added later.

Damaged or Lost Packages:
-We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been shipped.
However, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

-We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom 3D printed items unless the product is faulty or damaged.

Refunds for Custom Orders:
-No refunds are offered on custom 3D printed items unless the product is faulty or damaged.
-Faulty or damaged items: If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order with photos of the damaged item. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
-If the product is deemed faulty or damaged, we will offer you a full refund or replacement, at your discretion.
Refunds for Non-Custom Items:
-Non-custom items include pre-designed models sold in our store.
-You may request a refund on non-custom items within 10 days of purchase.
-The refund will be processed to the original payment method.
-Shipping costs are non-refundable.
-The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition.
Exceptions:
-Refunds are not offered for any order that has been shipped or is in the process of being shipped.
-Refunds are not offered for any order that has been cancelled by the customer after the processing has begun.
