Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and carrier. Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. CBB 3D is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our 3D-printed products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and, when applicable, provide a replacement or refund.
