At Render2Reality, each item is carefully crafted using high-quality 3D printing. Because many products are made to order, shipping times can vary slightly based on the complexity of the print, size, and current order volume.

Processing Time:
* Most 3D prints are processed and created within 2-5 business days.
* Larger or more intricate prints may require up to 7-10 business days.
* You will receive an update if your order requires additional time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

We currently only ship within the continental United States.
* Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
* Expedited options may be available upon request.
* Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
Once shipped, the carrier is responsible for delivery timelines.

Local Pickup (If applicable):
If you are local to the Ruskin, Florida area, pickup may be available by appointment.

Incorrect address disclaimer:
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct at checkout.
Render2Reality is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

At Render2Reality, every print is created with precision and care. Because our items are 3D-printed and often made to order, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Please review the policy below.

All Sales Are Final (With Exceptions)
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of 3D printing, all sales are generally final.
However, we will always work with you if there is an issue caused by printing defects.

Eligibility for Returns or Replacements
You may be eligible for a return or replacement if:

* The item arrives damaged, broken, or defective.
* You received the wrong item.
* The product has significant quality issues not typical of 3D-printed items (e.g., major layer shifts or structural failure).

To qualify:
1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. Provide Clear photos or videos of the issue.
3. Maintain all original packaging until the issue is resolved.

Non-returnable items:
we cannot accept returns for:
* Custom-designed prints created specifically for you.
* Items damaged by misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear after delivery.
* Color variations or minor cosmetic imperfections inherent to 3D printing.
* Digital files (STLs or custom models, if provided)

Shipping costs:
* If the issue is due to our error (wrong item, defective print), Render2Reality covers replacement shipping.
* If a return is approved for other reasons, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Order Cancellations:
No order cancellations will be allowed
