Due to the personalized nature of 3D printing, we cannot offer refunds on custom items unless:
- The item is defective due to a printing error or material fault.
- The item received does not match the design specifications agreed upon at the time of purchase.
If your order meets these conditions, you must contact us within *14 days* of receiving your item to request a replacement or refund. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item for verification.
*Non-Custom Items:*
For non-customized 3D printed products, we accept returns or exchanges within *30 days* of purchase, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
