Every item in our store is custom-printed just for you.
- Please allow [3 to 5] business days for your models to be printed, carefully cleaned, post-processed, and quality-inspected.
-During high-volume holiday seasons, production may take up to [7] business days. We will notify you via email if there is any delay.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- We ship securely using tracked shipping carriers. Once your item leaves our print lab, estimated delivery times are 3 to 7 business days
-Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight
3. Tracking Your Order
- As soon as your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier network to update the tracking information page.
4. 3D Print Material Disclaimer
- All of our items are printed using premium, eco-friendly PLA plastic. Because of the nature of the 3D printing process, minor surface variations, faint seam lines, or visible layer lines are normal and not considered defects.
- Safety Warning: Standard PLA prints are rigid and heat-sensitive. Do not leave them in direct hot sunlight (like a hot car) or near extreme heat sources, as they may warp. Keep smaller articulated parts away from toddlers as they can pose a choking hazard if broken.
5. Damaged Shipments
- We pack our models securely in heavy-duty boxes, but transit accidents happen. If your item arrives broken or damaged from shipping, please contact us on our instagram ( nextline3D) within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the damaged item and the shipping box, and we will gladly print and send a replacement free of charge.

We start our production within 48 hours of purchase, once it has began printing refunds or cancellations will not be accepted. If item is damaged we will fix it for free with a shipping fee depending on distance.
