All orders ship from Liberty Hill, Texas via USPS First Class or Priority Mail with tracking included, or other quality shipping services available.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:
• Domestic (US): 3–7 business days
• International: 10–21 business days (customs delays may vary)

I am not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other qualified shipper, weather, or customs. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, I cannot issue a refund for non-receipt.

If your package is lost in transit (tracking shows no movement for 15+ days), please contact me and I will work with you on a resolution.

International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes.

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of 3D printed items, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, I stand behind the quality of every item I make. If your order arrives damaged, broken, or significantly different from what was described, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos and I will reprint or refund your order at no cost to you.

I am not responsible for damage caused by improper use or care after delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping on any agreed exchanges.
