Shipping Policy
1. Order processing and fulfillment
• Processing time: All products are made to order and require print time within our print farm (typically 1 – 2 weeks). We strive to process and prepare all orders for shipment within two business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) of completion of your order.
• Shipping confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping method and estimated delivery
• Standard shipping carrier: We typically ship orders via USPS or UPS.
• Estimated delivery: Standard shipping usually takes 5 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location, but this is determined by the delivery carrier.
3. Shipping costs
• Calculated shipping: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, dimensions, and destination.

• Accuracy of shipping information: Please ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and complete, as we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information.

• Lost or damaged packages: While we take every precaution in packaging, occasional mishaps occur. Please contact us directly if your package is lost or damaged during transit.
Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase from us! We hope you love your handcrafted item.
If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
• The item must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.
• It must be in its original packaging.
• You must provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.
Please note, the following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
• Color Variations: Due to variations in filament colors/hues and variations in lighting during photography, pictures and the end product can and likely will have slight variations. Returns will not be granted for slight variations, only for completely wrong colors (i.e. red where it was shown as blue in the pictures).
• Custom or personalized items: These are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
• Items marked "Final Sale" or "As Is": These are sold at a reduced price and are not eligible for returns.
• Used or worn items: For hygiene and resale purposes, we cannot accept returns of used items.
Return process:
• To initiate a return, please contact us via email within 15 days of receiving your item.
• We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return.
Refunds and exchanges:
• Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item and applied to the original payment method if approved. Exchanges are processed and shipped after receiving the returned item.
Shipping costs:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
