Delivery Area
We currently ship only to UK Mainland addresses. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the following locations:
Isle of Man
Channel Islands (including Jersey and Guernsey)
Scottish Islands
Scottish Highlands
Northern Ireland
Republic of Ireland
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:30 pm (Monday–Friday) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/bank holidays, will be processed on the next working day.
Please note: Multiple-item orders may require additional preparation time and will typically be shipped within 2–3 working days.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery is typically 1–3 working days from dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays.
Delivery Services
We ship orders using Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD, depending on the size, weight, and destination. The courier will be selected to ensure the most efficient delivery for your order.
Delivery Charges

Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, re-delivery fees may apply.

Refund Policy
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all packaging, accessories, and documentation included.
Returns must be made within 30 calendar days from the date you received your order.
Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
Certain items may be excluded from returns for hygiene or safety reasons (these will be clearly stated on the product page).
As all our products are 3D printed, minor surface imperfections are a normal characteristic of the manufacturing process and are not considered faults.
Return Postage Costs
If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind or are not completely satisfied, you will be responsible for return postage costs.
If the item is faulty or we have sent an incorrect item, we will cover the return postage costs.
How to Return an Item

Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
Return the item using a tracked postal or courier service.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, we may deduct an amount to cover any loss in value.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
