If your hands end up somewhere different on every swing, this fixes it. It slips over your club grip and molds your hands into a neutral position, so you build the muscle memory instead of guessing. Line up the arrow with the alignment mark on your grip, settle your hands into the molded channels, and hit balls. Most people use it for ten minutes at the start of a range session.
