All 3D Print items are made to order and ship upon finished product. Some models require 3 to 5 days to print and assemble. All other orders will be shipped out the following day after order is processed.

No Returns for Non-Damaged Items: We do not accept returns unless the product arrives damaged. Due to the custom nature of 3D printing, all sales are final.

Color Variations: Please note that actual product colors may vary slightly from what you see on your computer or phone screen. This is due to varying screen settings and cannot be considered a defect.

Reporting Damages: If your product arrives damaged, you must report the damage within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide photos of the damaged box and the model to support your claim.

Replacement Process: Once we receive your damage report and photos, we will review the claim. If approved, we will ship a replacement product to you at no additional cost.
