Shipping Policy
Pack the box with critters! If it fits, it ships! In Canada we use four sizes of package for across country shipping and we have found that most people are ordering a few keychains and maybe some fidgets. We can fit them into the "small" coast to coast box with bubble wrap. If you are ordering a single large piece it will need a bigger box but there are still empty spaces to tuck little pieces so fill er up! One shipping fee, get all your favs in one shipment!
Refund Policy
As each piece is printed on demand, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Any damage that may happen in transit is insured so contact Canada Post as well as us so we can get your money back. Damage must be reported immediately upon receipt, which is tracked and signed for. Thank you!
