Orders are shipped through USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on size and weight. Tracking will be provided when available. Larger orders may require a custom shipping quote or multiple packages.
Refund Policy
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery. Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue was caused by our mistake.
