Shipping Policy
All of our products are made to order, ensuring quality and precision with every print. Please keep in mind the following shipping details:
Processing Time – Since each item is 3D printed upon order, it may take 2 to 3 days to complete before shipping. Larger or more complex prints may require additional time.
Work Schedule – I have a full-time job, which may sometimes affect printing and shipping times. I do my best to get orders out as quickly as possible while maintaining high-quality standards.
Shipping Methods – Orders are shipped via USPS with tracking provided. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.
Delays & Stock Availability – If filament is low or restocking is needed, there may be slight delays. I will notify you if your order is affected.

Refund Policy
**Refund Policy**
Since all products are **made to order**, refunds and cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please review the following policies before placing your order:
Cancellations – Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once printing has started, cancellations are no longer accepted.
No Refunds on Custom Orders – Custom prints or special requests are non-refundable unless there is a defect caused by printing.
Damaged or Defective Items – If your item arrives damaged or has a printing defect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos. I will either offer a replacement or a partial refund depending on the issue.
Lost or Delayed Packages – Once an order is shipped, I am not responsible for lost or delayed packages. Please check your tracking information and contact USPS if there are shipping issues.
Returns – Due to the nature of 3D printing, I do not accept returns. However, if there is a major issue with your order, reach out, and I will work with you to find a solution.
