Refund & Return PolicyBecause our 3D printed models are individually made-to-order and highly customized, we handle refunds and returns under the specific guidelines below.
1. Damages and Defects (Postal Rough Handling)Immediate Protection: 3D prints can be fragile. If your item arrives broken, cracked, or missing pieces due to transit, we will replace it.Reporting Window: You must contact us within [48 hours] of the delivery time shown on your tracking link.Evidence Required: Please email us clear photos of both the broken model and the condition of the shipping box.
2. Custom & Made-to-Order Items Final Sale: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind" or buyer's remorse on standard items, custom sizes, or specific color requests.Print Artifacts: Please note that 3D printing naturally leaves minor surface variations, layer lines, or tiny cosmetic blemishes. These are a normal part of the manufacturing process and do not qualify as defects for a refund.
3. CancellationsWindow: You can cancel your order for a full refund within [12 or 24] hours of purchase.In-Production: Once the 3D printing process has physically started for your item, the order can no longer be canceled or refunded.
