We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process:
📍 Local Pickup
We offer free local pickup in Baytown, TX. You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready, along with pickup instructions.
📦 Flat Rate Shipping
We offer $9.00 flat rate shipping on all orders within the continental U.S. This includes tracking and standard delivery via USPS or UPS.
⏱️ Processing Time
Most items are made to order. Please allow:
3–5 business days for standard production
1–3 business days if expedited creation was purchased
Shipping time is in addition to production time.
🚀 Expedited Production
Need it faster? Choose the $20 expedited creation option at checkout to move your item to the front of the print queue.
📮 Delivery Time Estimates
Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days (after processing)
Expedited Shipping: Contact us if you need overnight or 2-day delivery options
🌎 Shipping Areas
Currently, we ship within the United States. For international orders, please contact us directly.
🧾 Tracking & Issues
Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking info via email. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

We want you to love your purchase from 3Dit Prints & Designs. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
🛠️ Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Due to the nature of 3D printing and custom designs, all custom or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for a refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
📦 Standard Items
For non-custom items, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible:
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and description. We’ll make it right—either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.
💡 Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production may have begun and the order may not be cancelable.
⏳ Processing Time for Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
