-If the product is deemed faulty or damaged, we will offer you a full refund or replacement, at your discretion.
Refunds for Non-Custom Items:
-Non-custom items include pre-designed models sold in our store.
-You may request a refund on non-custom items within 10 days of purchase.

-Shipping costs are non-refundable.
-The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition.
