Shipping Policy

Thank you for ordering a custom 3D printed item from us! Because your item is made-to-order and not pulled from a finished stock, we follow a two-stage process: Production Time and Shipping Time.

-- Production Time (The "Made-to-Order" Process) --
All items are made upon order. We do not keep a pre-printed inventory. Production Time is the time required to slice the model, prepare the 3D printer, complete the print, and perform final quality checks and cleanup.

Standard Production Time: Generally, it takes 3-7 business days to produce an item before it is ready for shipment.

Large/Complex Orders: For large orders or complex prints (as noted in the product description), production time may extend up to 10-14 business days. We will notify you immediately if your order is expected to take longer than 7 business days.

Your order will ship as soon as it is available and has passed our quality check.

Once your order has completed production, we will ship it using your chosen method.

Please Note: Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to factors outside of our control (weather, holidays, etc.).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the package weight, dimensions, and the delivery destination.

Once a package has been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your delivery location is secure.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage to the item and the packaging so we can file a claim and resolve the issue.


 

Refund Policy

We strive for 100% satisfaction with your custom-made 3D prints. Due to the unique, made-to-order nature of our products, our policy addresses different scenarios: Cancellations, Quality Issues, and Customer Errors.

1. Cancellations and Order Modifications
Because the production process begins shortly after an order is placed (design slicing, printer setup, material loading), we have a narrow window for cancellations.

Full Refund: A full refund may be issued if the cancellation request is received within 6 hours of placing the order and before the printing process has started.

Partial Refund: If the printing process has already begun, we may offer a partial refund to cover the materials and production time already invested. This amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

No Refund: Once an item has been completed and shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

2. Returns Due to Quality Issues (Our Error)
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description and photos, we will gladly accept a return or offer a replacement.

Eligibility: You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Process: Please contact us and include:
- Your Order Number.
- A detailed description of the issue.
- Clear photos or video showing the defect or damage to the item and the packaging.

Resolution: Upon verification of the quality issue, we will offer you the choice of a:
- Full Refund: We will refund the full purchase price and original shipping costs.
- Replacement: We will immediately reprint and ship a replacement item at no additional cost to you.
- Return Shipping: We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for you to return the defective item.

Because our items are custom-made upon order, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following reasons:

Because our items are custom-made upon order, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for reasons that fall outside of a verified quality defect (Section 2).

We cannot offer refunds or returns for the following:
- "Changed My Mind" Returns: As we cannot resell custom-printed items, returns are not accepted if you simply change your mind after the production process has begun.
- Color Discrepancies: Actual color may vary slightly from what is seen on screen due to differences in monitor or device color settings. We print based on the specific filament color you selected during your order, and these minor variations are not considered a defect.
- Fit/Tolerance Issues: While we print to precise standards, we are not responsible if the item does not perfectly fit a third-party accessory or part (unless specific dimensions and fit requirements were formally agreed upon in writing prior to printing).
- Normal 3D Printing Artifacts: Refunds are not given for minor, inherent characteristics of Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) printing, such as faint layer lines or slight surface texture. These are expected parts of the 3D printing process and do not affect the functionality of the product.
