At SerpentTech Printworks, physical items are produced and fulfilled with care, and many products are made to order. Because all physical prints are created on a limited in-house production setup, fulfillment times may vary depending on order size, print complexity, customization level, and current queue volume.
Production Times
Digital products do not require shipping and are delivered electronically through the storefront or agreed delivery method.
Physical 3D printed items require production time before shipment. Print time can range from 1 hour to 24 hours or more, depending on:
print size
model complexity
number of items in the order
current production queue
whether the printer is already committed to another job
Because SerpentTech Printworks currently operates with one 3D printer, production capacity is limited and turnaround times may increase during busy periods or for larger jobs. Orders using the full available print capacity will often require 12+ hours of production time before packaging and shipment.
Estimated production times will vary by order, but we aim to begin and complete orders as efficiently as possible while maintaining quality.
Shipping Methods
Tracking is included on physical shipments whenever available and is considered required for both customer visibility and fulfillment protection.

At SerpentTech Printworks, refunds and replacements are handled case by case to keep things fair for both the customer and the business. Because many products are digital, made to order, or custom-created, not all orders are eligible for refund once work has begun or delivery has been completed.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, digital file sales are generally non-refundable once delivered.
Refunds or file replacement may be considered if:
the wrong file was sent
the file is corrupted or unusable
the delivered file clearly does not match the purchased product
Physical 3D Printed Products
If a physical item arrives damaged, incorrect, or has a major production issue, please contact SerpentTech Printworks as soon as possible with:

Refunds or replacements may be offered depending on the situation.
Custom Orders and Commissions
Custom orders, personalized items, and custom modeling work are generally non-refundable once work has started, because time, design effort, and production resources are committed specifically to that order.
If cancellation is requested before work begins, a refund may be possible.
If work has already started, refunds are handled case by case.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not offered for:
change-of-mind purchases
buyer error when submitting order details
