Shipping Policy
1. Where We Ship
United States only (all 50 states and Washington, D.C.). No international shipping at this time.
2. Made to Order
Every item is 3D printed by hand after your order is placed. Nothing is pre-made or sitting on a shelf, so there is no "ready to ship" stock. Printing typically takes several business days; large, multi-part, or highly detailed pieces take longer. After printing and finishing, the order is packed and shipped from Missouri. If a print will take unusually long, I'll message you through the shop.
3. Shipping
Orders ship from Missouri, USA. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Delivery times after shipment are estimates, not guarantees, and I can't control delays once a package leaves my hands. If tracking is available for your shipment, I'll pass it along.
4. Packaging
3D prints can be brittle, so orders are wrapped protectively and packed with fill material. Please inspect your package on delivery and tell me promptly if it arrived crushed or torn.
5. Address Accuracy
Please provide a complete, accurate address. Packages returned as undeliverable due to an address error may require an additional shipping charge to resend.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, message me through the shop as soon as possible with your order number and photos. I'll work with you on a resolution case by case. If a shipment appears lost in transit, contact me and I'll look into it. Once a package is marked delivered, theft from the delivery location is generally the customer's responsibility.
7. Changes & Cancellation
Changes are possible only if printing hasn't started, so reach out quickly. Once a print is underway, changes and cancellations may be limited because the item is made specifically for you.
