Refund & Return Policy – 3D Printed Items

Every item we make is 3D printed to order, which means each piece is unique and created specifically for you. Because of this, please review our refund and return policy below:
📦 Custom & Made-to-Order Items
All 3D printed items are considered made to order.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or provide refunds unless there is a defect or an error on our part.
🛠 If Your Item Arrives Damaged or Defective
We stand behind the quality of our prints. If your order arrives damaged, broken, or has a printing defect:
Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Provide photos or videos of the issue so we can evaluate the problem.
If the item is determined to be defective, we will remake and replace it at no cost to you.
❌ Issues Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement
Minor cosmetic imperfections such as layer lines or small surface marks typical of 3D printing
Incorrect colors, sizing, or design chosen by the customer at checkout
Damage caused by misuse, dropping, or improper handling after delivery
Requests made after the 3-day notification window
📬 Lost or Stolen Packages
Once the item is shipped, we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is lost in transit (not delivered), please contact us so we can help file a claim.
📝 Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After printing has begun, cancellations are no longer available.
