Damages and Lost Packages
Kickin' Custom Creations is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please have photo of the package at the point of delivery as well as the item inside the packaging and any damage accrued from shipping carrier. This will help in the claim process.
