Shipping Policy – Brainbox Creations
Processing Times

All of our products are 3D printed to order in our small family workshop in South Wales.
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1-2 weeks.
Busy periods or larger orders may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping Methods

We ship all orders using Royal Mail, offering the following services:

Royal Mail 2nd Class (standard) – 2–4 working days

Royal Mail 1st Class – 1–2 working days

Royal Mail Tracked 48 – 2 working days

Royal Mail Tracked 24 – 1 working day

Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and may vary slightly.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product size/weight and your chosen Royal Mail service.
We keep shipping prices as low as possible and do not add any handling fees.

International Shipping
International orders may incur customs fees or import taxes which are the buyer’s responsibility.

Packaging

We carefully package all items to ensure they arrive safely.
Where possible, we use recyclable or reused packaging to reduce waste.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, damaged, or missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will work with Royal Mail to investigate and help resolve any issues quickly.

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
We cannot refund or replace items shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Royal Mail considers parcels lost after:

10 working days (2nd Class / 1st Class)

7 working days (Tracked services)

If your parcel is declared lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns & Refund Policy – Brainbox Creations
Our Commitment

At Brainbox Creations, we want you to be delighted with your order.
If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do everything we can to make it better.

Returns
Eligibility

Because our items are 3D printed to order, returns are accepted only in cases where:

The item arrives damaged,

The item is faulty or not as described, or

The wrong item was sent by mistake.

We cannot accept returns for:

Change of mind

Custom colour requests

Customised or personalised items

Timeframe

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you need to request a return.

Once a return is approved, items must be returned within 14 days of approval.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned products must be:

Unused

In their original condition

Carefully packaged to avoid further damage in transit

Refunds
Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will let you know if the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

If the Item Arrives Damaged

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

A photo of the packaging

A photo of the damaged item

This helps us resolve the issue quickly and file any relevant claims with Royal Mail.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds for:

Items damaged due to misuse

Normal wear and tear on articulated joints

Slight colour variations caused by the 3D printing process

Late deliveries caused by Royal Mail delays (outside our control)

Replacements

If your item is eligible, you may choose to receive a replacement instead of a refund.
Replacements are processed and posted as soon as possible.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a fault, damage, or our mistake, we cover the return postage.
If the return is for any other reason (e.g., customer error), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided we have not already begun printing your items.
Once printing has started, cancellations are not possible.
