Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, non-custom items in original condition. Buyer pays return shipping unless item is defective or wrong. Refunds issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Shipping fees are non‑refundable. Custom or personalized items are non‑returnable unless faulty or produced incorrectly. If we err, we will repair, replace, or refund. Report damaged/defective items within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll offer repair, replacement, or full refund (including original shipping) as appropriate. Cancellations allowed within 24 hours of purchase if production hasn’t started.
