- *In-Stock Items: Non-custom products are processed and shipped within **1-3 business days*.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and the carrier's schedule. We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather or customs processing.

Refund Policy
At Infinite Layers, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our refund policy below to ensure a smooth experience:
*Custom 3D Printed Items:*
Due to the personalized nature of 3D printing, we cannot offer refunds on custom items unless:
- The item is defective due to a printing error or material fault.
- The item received does not match the design specifications agreed upon at the time of purchase.
If your order meets these conditions, you must contact us within *14 days* of receiving your item to request a replacement or refund. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item for verification.
*Non-Custom Items:*
For non-customized 3D printed products, we accept returns or exchanges within *30 days* of purchase, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
*Return Process:*

2. If eligible, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
