By placing an order, you acknowledge that once your package is transferred to the shipping carrier, all responsibility for the shipment, including any potential damage or loss, lies with the carrier. We are not responsible for damage, delays, or loss once the package leaves our facility. In the event of such issues, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
Returns and Craftsmanship Guarantee
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our minis. However, due to their delicate nature, we do not accept returns or offer replacements for items damaged during shipping. If there is a defect related to the craftsmanship of the item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos of the item, so we can address the concern accordingly.

Due to the delicate nature of 3D-printed miniatures, we do not offer refunds or replacements for items damaged during shipping. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for any potential damage, loss, or delays in transit. If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Refunds and Replacements for Craftsmanship Defects
We guarantee the quality of our craftsmanship. If you believe your miniature has a defect related to craftsmanship, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To request a replacement or refund for a craftsmanship defect, include clear photos and a description of the issue for our review. If verified, you will have the option of receiving a replacement or a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
As each miniature is customized and handcrafted, we cannot accept returns. All sales are final except in cases of verified craftsmanship defects as outlined above.
