Shipping Policy

1. Where We Ship

We ship 3D-printed products within the United States only, including:

• All 50 states
• Washington, D.C.
• U.S. territories only if listed at checkout (e.g., Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands)

We do not currently ship internationally unless stated otherwise on a specific product page.

2. Order Processing & Production Time

Most items are made to order. Shipping times do not include production time.

• Business days = Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays and any posted shop closures.
• Large, multi-part, or high-detail orders may take longer. We’ll contact you if production will exceed our standard range.
• Custom or rush orders: only if arranged before purchase; rush fees and timelines will be confirmed in writing (email/message).

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship via major U.S. carriers such as USPS, UPS, and/or FedEx (carrier may vary by package size and destination).

Tracking is provided for all orders once the label is created. Tracking numbers are sent by email (or your account order page).

Transit times start after the order has left our facility in Missouri.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carriers may delay due to weather, peak seasons, address issues, or local conditions. We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package is in their possession, but we will help you file a claim when appropriate (see Section 8).

5. Shipping Costs

• Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination ZIP code, and selected method.
• Free shipping promotions, if any, will be stated clearly on the site or cart.
• Remote, rural, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses may cost more or require extra transit time.
• Oversized, fragile multi-part, or freight-eligible items may require a custom shipping quote before we can ship.

6. Packaging for 3D-Printed Items

3D prints can be brittle or have delicate features. We package to reduce damage in transit:

• Protective wrapping (bubble wrap, foam, or equivalent)
• Rigid outer box sized to limit movement
• Fill material so the part does not shift
• Multi-part orders: parts bagged/labeled and protected separately when needed

Customer responsibility: Inspect the package on delivery. If the outer box is crushed or torn, note it with the carrier when possible and contact us promptly (see Section 8).

7. Address Accuracy

• You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
• If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an address error, we may charge a reship fee (return shipping + new outbound shipping).
• We cannot redirect packages after they leave our facility except through the carrier’s own redirect/hold services (fees may apply).

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Damaged in transit
Contact us within [7] days of delivery with:

• Order number
• Photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and damaged item(s)
• Brief description of the damage

We will work with the carrier as needed and may offer replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion, depending on the item and situation.

Lost packages
• If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or the carrier marks the package lost, contact us.
• We will open a carrier investigation when eligible.
• Resolution (reship or refund) depends on carrier findings and order details.

Stolen packages / porch theft
Once tracking shows delivered, risk of theft is generally the customer’s responsibility. We recommend a secure delivery location or carrier hold when available. We may help with limited goodwill options case-by-case but are not obligated to replace delivered packages marked as stolen.

9. Returns Related to Shipping

This section covers shipping issues only. For quality or “changed mind” returns, see our separate Returns & Refunds Policy.

• Wrong item shipped by us: contact us for a free corrected shipment or refund.
• Refused packages or failed delivery due to customer unavailability may incur return shipping and restocking costs before any refund.

10. Customs, Taxes & Duties

For shipments within the United States, there are generally no customs duties. Sales tax (if applicable) is handled at checkout per your state and marketplace rules. We do not charge “import” fees for domestic U.S. deliveries.

11. Special Product Notes (3D Prints)

• Material & finish: PLA, PETG, ABS, resin, etc. may have different durability. Resin and thin-walled prints are more fragile—handle and store carefully after delivery.
• Dimensional tolerance: 3D printing has normal small variances; shipping does not change that. See product listings for tolerance notes.
• Heat & weather: Do not leave packages in extreme heat (e.g., closed cars, hot porches) for long periods; some plastics can warp.
• Assembly kits: Some products ship as unassembled parts; assembly instructions (if any) ship digitally or in the box as stated on the product page.

12. Order Changes & Cancellation Before Ship

• Changes to address or shipping method: only if the order has not entered production or been labeled—contact us ASAP.
• Once production has started, cancellations may be limited or subject to a production fee.
• Once the package is with the carrier, use the carrier’s tracking tools for delivery updates.
