We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. If you're outside the UK and interested in placing an order, feel free to contact us directly.
⏳ Processing Time
All items are made to order using high-quality 3D printing. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for production before shipping.
🚚 Shipping Methods
We primarily use Evri, DPD, and Royal Mail for our deliveries, depending on the size and destination of the package.
💰 Shipping Rates
- Flat rate: FREE Ship to UK.
- Tracking is included on most orders.
- Royal Mail may not include tracking by default. If tracking is requested, an additional charge may apply.
🧾 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).
📦 Packaging and Multi-Item Orders
All items are securely packaged to ensure safe delivery. In the rare event of damage during transit, please reach out with photos within 48 hours of receiving your order.
For multi-item orders, we do our best to combine everything in one package whenever possible to help keep shipping costs low. In some cases, when your order includes multiple pieces, small additional handling charges may apply £4.99 per additional parcel box. This value is to cover the extra weight, packaging, and logistics when items can't be combined within the 2 kg shipping limit. We do our best to combine items in one shipment. If your order exceeds 2 kg, we’ll contact you before dispatch.
⛔ Delivery Delays or Issues
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier. If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.
Refund Policy
🔄 Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate a return or exchange.
📦 Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- As our products are custom-made and printed on demand, returns due to change of mind or dissatisfaction may not be accepted.
- However, if your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
- Please provide photos if the item arrived damaged or defective.
💰 Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
