Every order is carefully prepared and packaged to help ensure it arrives safely.
## Processing Time
Most orders are processed within **2–5 business days**.
Made-to-order or custom 3D printed items may require additional production time. If your order will take longer than expected, we'll reach out with an update.
## Shipping
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Please note that shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control.
## Packaging
Each item is securely packaged to help protect it during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within **7 days of delivery** and include photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
## Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided, we may be unable to make changes once the order has shipped. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned and needs to be resent.
## Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking information shows unusual delays or your package appears to be lost, please contact us. We'll gladly work with the shipping carrier to help locate your order.

# Refund & Return Policy
At Silent Realm Studios, every item is carefully inspected before it ships. Many of our products are made to order, so we ask that you review your order carefully before purchasing.
## Returns
We accept returns only if an item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item.
If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within **7 days of delivery** and include your order number along with photos of the item and packaging. We'll work with you to make it right.
## Refunds & Replacements
If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following:
* A replacement item
* A full refund
* A partial refund (when appropriate)
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
## Change of Mind
Because many of our products are **made to order or custom 3D printed**, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
* Change of mind
* Ordering the wrong item
* Ordering the wrong color or size
* Normal layer lines or minor cosmetic variations that are part of the 3D printing process
Each print is unique, and slight variations in color, texture, or layer appearance are normal.
## Custom Orders
Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or there is an error on our part.
## Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within **12 hours of purchase**, provided production has not already begun.
Once printing has started, we are unable to cancel the order.
