Return Policy for 3DNearMe (3DNM)

At 3DNearMe (3DNM), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

• Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories. Any items that are damaged, used, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Process

1. Initiate a Return:

2. Return Authorization:
• Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
3. Shipping the Return:
• Pack your item securely and include the RA number inside the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
4. Inspection & Refund:
• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
