Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy for 3D Printed Items
Processing Time: All items are made to order. Please allow 1-2 weeks for production prior to shipping.
Production times may vary based on the complexity of the design and current order volume.

Shipping Rates: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. We currently only offer Standard shipping options. Please note that these estimates do not include the production time.

Shipping Locations: We currently ship to North America. International shipping may incur additional customs fees, taxes, or duties, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

Shipping Carrier: We use USPS, FedEx, and DHL for all domestic and international shipments. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking number to be activated.

Lost or Damaged Shipments: We are not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. However, if your order is lost or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Insurance may be available upon request at an additional charge.

Incorrect Shipping Information: Ensure that all shipping details are accurate. We are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges.

Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other external factors beyond our control. If your shipment is delayed, please contact the carrier with the provided tracking number.

Returns & Refunds

As all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for items due to shipping delays or issues unless the item arrives defective. In that case, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing us for your custom 3D printed products. Please note that all custom orders are final, and we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This policy is in place due to the personalized nature of our products and the resources committed to each project.

Custom Designs: We exclusively print our own designs. Requests for modifications or customizations outside of our available designs will not be accepted. Please read the details and look for customization options on each item.
Order Confirmation: Please review your order carefully before submission. Once the order is placed, changes cannot be made.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days with clear photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. However, refunds will not be issued; we may offer a replacement at our discretion.
