Shipping Policy
Orders will not be shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, orders may be delayed. We are not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are your responsibility. If the order is delivered damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Refund Policy
It is normal to see minor cosmetic variations, surface imperfections, or visible layer lines. These are not considered manufacturing defects but are a natural part of the 3d printing process. Colors may vary slightly from the digital rendering on your screen due to different filament batches.
Custom designs/personalized items: We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders, personalized items, or prints made from files you provided, unless they arrive broken or defective.
Standard inventory: If you are unhappy with a standard catalog item, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging.
We will gladly send a replacement print at no extra cost or issue a full refund.
To initiate a return, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at [email protected] with your order number. Please do not return your purchase to us without first contacting us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please do not leave the 3d prints in your car or anywhere it is a high temperature, it will melt or warp.
