# Milo's Prints – Refund, Return & Damaged Product Policy
At **Milo's Prints**, every item is 3D printed with care. Many of our products are made to order, and we strive to provide quality products that our customers will enjoy. Because of the nature of 3D printing, we want our customers to understand what to expect before purchasing.
### All Sales Are Final
Due to the made-to-order and custom nature of our products, **we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer's remorse, changes of mind, or personal preferences.**
Refunds or replacements will not be provided for the following reasons:
- **Visible Print Lines:** Layer lines, minor surface variations, seams, and slight texture differences are normal characteristics of FDM 3D printing and are not considered defects.
- **Not What You Expected:** Differences between a customer's personal expectations and the product received are not grounds for a refund when the product matches its listing description and photos.
- **Color Variations:** Actual colors may vary slightly due to filament batches, lighting, and screen settings.
- **Minor Cosmetic Imperfections:** Small surface blemishes, support marks, and other normal characteristics of the 3D printing process are not considered damage.
- **Size Misunderstandings:** Customers are responsible for reviewing product dimensions and descriptions before purchasing.
- **Change of Mind:** We do not offer refunds because a customer no longer wants or needs the item.
- **Custom Orders:** Personalized items cannot be returned or refunded due to dissatisfaction with an approved design or customer-provided information.
### Damaged or Defective Products
We stand behind our workmanship. If your product arrives broken, damaged, or with a significant manufacturing defect, we want to make it right.
Please contact us **within 7 days of delivery** and provide:
1. Your order number.
2. Clear photographs of the damaged or defective product.
3. A brief description of the issue.
4. Photographs of the shipping packaging if the item arrived damaged during transit.
After reviewing the information, Milo's Prints will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund when warranted.
**Our preferred resolution for verified damage or manufacturing defects is to replace the affected product at no additional cost to the customer.**
### Understanding 3D Printed Products
3D printing is a manufacturing process in which an object is created one layer at a time. Unlike injection-molded or mass-produced items, 3D printed products naturally have unique characteristics.
These may include visible layer lines, slight color differences, small seams, and minor surface texture variations.
**These characteristics are normal and do not automatically indicate a defective product.**
### Product Care
3D printed items may be affected by excessive heat, prolonged direct sunlight, improper handling, or excessive force.
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper storage, or modifications after delivery is not covered under our damage policy.
