All items are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for printing and processing before your order ships. During busy seasons (holidays, sales), processing may take a bit longer — thanks for your patience!

Once shipped, delivery typically takes:
- Domestic: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs)
**Shipping Rates**
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
**Tracking**
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.
**Delays**
GonzBoyz 3D Prints is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or extreme weather. If your package is significantly delayed, reach out and we'll help however we can.
**Lost or Damaged Items**
If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) so we can make it right.
**Address Accuracy**
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

**Made-to-Order Items**
Because every item is 3D printed to order, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse, size/color preference changes, or ordering the wrong item. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
**Damaged or Defective Items**
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll gladly offer a replacement or refund, our choice, once the issue is confirmed.
**Cancellations**
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only if production hasn't started yet. Once printing has begun, we're unable to cancel or modify the order.
**Custom & Personalized Orders**
Custom or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange, except in cases of damage or defect.
**Lost Packages**
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If it truly can't be located, contact us and we'll work with you to find a resolution.
**How to Request a Refund**
Message us through Etsy with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable). We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
