3D Printed Items – All Sales Final

Because each 3D printed item is made to order and often customized, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for 3D printed products.

 

We encourage you to double-check all order details—such as sizes, colors, custom text, or other specifications—before placing your order.

 

If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Defective

We stand behind the quality of our work. If your item arrives damaged or has a clear defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue, include the following:

 

Your order number

 

A description of the issue

 

Photos showing the damage or defect

 

Once we review your request, we may offer a replacement or a partial refund, depending on the situation.
