Betcom 3D Prints Return Policy

At Betcom 3D Prints, we take pride in delivering high-quality models and custom-made products. Due to the personalized nature of 3D printing, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so we’ve outlined our return and replacement guidelines below.

For products from our catalog, we accept returns within 15 days of receiving the item, provided it remains in its original manufactured condition. Custom-made products, crafted specifically to your specifications, are non-returnable.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. In cases of shipping damage, email us at info@betcom3dprints.com with clear photos of the product and packaging. After reviewing and verifying the issue, we’ll gladly offer a free replacement or issue store credit if the fault lies in our production process.

Please note: We cannot accept returns for minor imperfections or slight color variations, as these are inherent to the 3D printing process. Customers are responsible for reviewing design proofs and confirming all customization details before production begins.
