House of Tabletop Refund and Return Policy

At House of Tabletop, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation Period: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, provided it has not yet been shipped.

  • Refund: Approved cancellations will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

2. Returns and Exchanges

  • Eligibility Period: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made miniatures, digital downloads, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Return Process

  • Authorization Required: Contact us at houseoftabletop.903@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending any items back.
  • Shipping Instructions: Include your order number with the return package and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees for non-defective items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3–7 business days.
  • Restocking Fee: A 5% restocking fee applies to returns valued at $50 or more. This fee is waived for store credit refunds.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Reporting Period: Report defective or damaged items within 14 days of delivery.
