PUGWASH3D | STORE POLICIES
1. ABOUT US Pugwash3D is a division of Garden & Crafts LLC, an Illinois-registered business based in Quincy, IL.

3. FULFILLMENT & PICKUP -- Local Market Pickup: All orders are fulfilled via local market pickup to ensure product safety. -- Coordination: After purchase, we will contact you via email or phone to coordinate a pickup date and location within our 100-mile service radius.
4. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS -- Returns/Refunds: Handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 7 days of pickup to report any defects. -- Cancellations: Orders may be canceled for a full refund before production begins (typically within 12 hours). Once printing has commenced, cancellations are no longer accepted.
5. ARTISANAL MANUFACTURING --Please note that all items are 3D-printed in our Quincy workshop. Due to the nature of 3D printing, small surface artifacts, visible layer lines, and minor structural variations are inherent to the process. These are not defects but characteristic hallmarks of 3D-printed artisanal goods.
6. IMAGE AND COLOR ACCURACY--Actual product colors and finishes may vary from the images shown. Some product images are digital renders provided by our design partners to represent model geometry; your physical "treasure" will have the unique surface finish and texture of the specific material selected.
7. SAFETY AND USAGE -- Pugwash3D items are intended for decorative or novelty use. While durable, 3D prints can be brittle if dropped and may contain small parts. They are NOT intended as toys for children under 3 years of age.
8. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION -- Usage: Contact details are used strictly for order fulfillment and coordination. We do not sell or share customer data. -- Security: All transactions are processed via Stripe; Pugwash3D does not store credit card details.
